We are grateful for your interest in helping the St. Louis Area Foodbank ease food insecurity across our region. Our efforts would not be possible without volunteers of all ages and abilities.
Whether you volunteer to sort and pack meals, help with distribution, or donate your own talents, it is easy to see the positive impact you are making in the lives of our neighbors and communities. In 2024, volunteers helped the St. Louis Area Foodbank provide over 36 million meals across 26 counties in Missouri and Illinois by donating more than 62,000 hours of service. - Distribution Events (Must be 16 or older.)
- Food on the Move (Must be 18 or older.)

Be An Advocate
Engage your community in the fight against hunger by shedding light on the reality of food insecurity in your own backyard. Talk to friends, family, and colleagues about the solutions to hunger.
Bring a Group to the Hunger Engagement Center
Bring your entire team, office, classroom, or community group together and support the mission of the St. Louis Area Foodbank. Overlooking our dynamic Volunteer Center and Warehouse, the St. Louis Area Foodbank’s Hunger Engagement Center (HEC) is a multi-functional and flexible space designed to accommodate groups of 15 to 180. This fully equipped space is perfect for hosting board meetings, seminars, and corporate meetings. The HEC is also available for private events.
