Friends of the Foodbank
The Friends of the Foodbank (FOFB) Board is a group of professionals with varied backgrounds dedicated to supporting the Foodbank’s mission of nourishing people, empowering communities, and transforming systems across our 26-county bi-state region.
The Friends of the Foodbank Board’s primary focus is to enhance the work of the governing Board of Directors and Staff through activities that support the Foodbank mission through fundraising, food sourcing, volunteering, and education/awareness. The FOFB will meet at least every other month (6 times per year) and engage in a variety of activities throughout the year.

Eligibility: While the Friends of the Foodbank Board’s age group is typically 40 or younger, membership is open to residents of all ages who reside in the Foodbank’s service territory.
Commitment: There is no financial commitment for membership. We do ask for a minimum commitment of 1 year of service with engagement in at least one activity supporting the Foodbank’s mission.
