As the temperatures get higher, it’s important to stay hydrated.

Hydration Do’s:
  • Eat fresh produce.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Eat lighter meals.

Hydration Don’ts:

  • Eat processed meals and foods.
  • Drink sugary beverages.
  • Eat greasy or heavy meals.
