Rhode Island philanthropist, Alan Shawn Feinstein, is asking President Bush to join him in offering $1 million to anti-hunger agencies throughout the country. Feinstein promises that challenge will help raise over $100 million from the public to combat hunger or he will keep repeating his $1 million offer alone until it does.

The St. Louis Area Foodbank can share in these funds by relaying to Mr. Feinstein the donations we receive from friends like you from March 1^st to April 30^th. The more gifts we receive, the more of Mr. Feinstein’s $1 million will be added – plus hopefully, money from the President too.

Please help us take advantage of this generous offer.  I urge you to share what you can before April 30.
