SECOND ANNUAL CANSTRUCTION DISPLAYS CREATIVITY AND GENEROSITY

  More than 38,000 cans of food were used to help "canstruct" nine competing structures in this year's CANSTRUCTION competition held at Saint Louis Galleria.  A panel of celebrity judges determined the winners in six categories, including "Best Meal," and "Best Use of Labels."  Once the local winners were announced, professional photgraphs were taken to submit to a national competition among local winners from 49 other cities.  In 2000, St. Louis captured three of the six national awards!

  Following the selection of the winners, Soft Rock 102.5 KEZK-FM host Ed Goodman emceed a ceremony at Saint Louis Galleria's Garden Court, announcing the winners in each category.  To see all nine structures, including the winners, click here.
