School Pantry Program

We help schools start food pantry programs to feed low-income students and their families.

Through this program, students have the opportunity to receive a nutritious mix of food, including fresh produce, at school. In an effort to reduce the stigma of receiving food from the pantry, these distributions are typically held towards the end of the school day or immediately after school dismissal.

Student eligibility requirements for school pantry participation may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Enrollment in a free and reduced school meal program
  • Household classified as food-insecure
  • Self-attestation
