"Scouting for Food" 2002 Collects 2 Million Cans
Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers, and Explorers from throughout the Council worked together to collect more than 2 million canned goods during the 18th annual Scouting for Food drive on Saturday, Nov. 23.  The event continues to be the largest single-day canned food drive in the United States.  The 892nd U.S. Army Reserve worked transporting the canned food that was collected to the St. Louis Area Foodbank.
