THE BOEING COMPANY HELPS THE ST. LOUIS AREA FOODBANK WITH ITS 'FOOD &
ESSENTIALS' FOOD DRIVE
ST. LOUIS, MO -- July 18,
2000 -- The Boeing Company recently completed its "Food & Essentials" Food
Drive. The event gathered $842
and 1,514 pounds of food for the St. Louis
Area Foodbank.
"Boeing has partnered withe the
Foodbank in many ways since their arrival to our City," stated Frank Finnegan,
executive director for the St. Louis Area Foodbank. "This is just one more
example of their committment to our community."
The Foodbank will distribute the food
collected among its 350+ member agencies and will use the donated money to help support
its numerous programs.
The Foodbank offers its deepest thanks to
The Boeing Company and to ALL its employees for its past, present and future support to
those in need throughout St. Louis.
